Client: Company was founded in the UK but is now part of a worldwide organisation with corporate headquarters based in the USA.  They are a highly successful and well established manufacturer of both hardware and software products for the international broadcast sector.

Reason for role:  The current MD and entrepreneurial driver of the business wanted to retire.

• Ability to drive product development to ensure investment produced success
• Credibility with executive team – delivering profitable growth & results whilst ensuring the right strategy for the future

Following a search of relevant individuals we prepared a shortlist and arranged interviews both in the UK and USA.  The successful candidate has been appointed and is doing well.
