Client: Company, based in Japan, designs, builds and runs broadcast television stations on an outsourced basis.

Reason for role:  Unexpectedly the Chief Engineer at one of their sites left abruptly leaving a large dent in the experience of the technical team.  Due to the speed and experience needed it was felt that the suitable candidate could not be found in Japan.

Key requirements:

• Immediate availability
• Fluency in both English and Japanese
• Affinity with Japanese culture
• Broadcast engineering management experience within an automated playout facility.
