I was successfully appointed as a contract Chief Engineer at a major broadcast TV Station in Tokyo by BCP. They provided strong but friendly support during the process, which was obviously based on years of relevant industry experience. I was impressed with the attention to detail, even down to matters such as accommodation arrangements in Japan. At every stage Mike Jones did his utmost to ensure the best overall outcome for myself and the client.
It was an enjoyable and rewarding contract. The rigid service level agreement was maintained with the end broadcaster and the client was very happy with the results. Everything went smoothly and throughout my time in Tokyo BCP remained in the background but regularly in touch, available to help if required.
Having previously worked for Sony, and been heavily involved in the design and build of the current BBC Japanese operation, I was carefully matched to the client needs. From my experience, if you register with BCP you should not expect to be instantly "showered" with tens of irrelevant job offerings and then quickly forgotten. Most likely you will receive serious carefully targeted potential opportunities over time, as and when they arise.
This was my third successful placement with BCP and I am looking forward to working with them again. |
